We understand that circumstances may arise that lead to service cancellations. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms regarding cancellations and refunds for our accounting services. 1. Cancellation of Services

1.1 Client-Initiated Cancellations
  • Clients may request a cancellation of services by contacting Accura Pro at info@accurapro.in or through their account dashboard (if applicable).
  • Cancellation requests must be made at least 5 days in advance of the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the following month.
  • After a cancellation request is processed, services will cease at the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be incurred.
1.2 Accura Pro-Initiated Cancellations
  • Accura Pro reserves the right to cancel services if clients are in violation of our Terms and Conditions or due to non-payment.
  • In cases where Accura Pro initiates a cancellation for reasons other than a breach of terms, clients will receive a prorated refund for the remaining period.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds
  • Refunds are provided only for specific situations, such as when services were not delivered as promised or if there was an error in billing.
  • Refunds are not available for services that have already been provided, one-time fees, or completed projects.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 5 days of the billing date for consideration.
2.2 Non-Refundable Services
  • Due to the nature of our accounting services, once bookkeeping, budgeting, reconciliation, or reporting work has been completed, refunds will not be issued.
  • Setup fees, consulting fees, and any customized accounting services are also non-refundable once delivered.
2.3 Refund Process

  • Refunds are subject to applicable processing fees, which may be deducted from the refunded amount.

3. Subscription-Based Services

  • For subscription-based services, clients are billed on a recurring basis. Cancellations must be made before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing period.
  • Partial refunds for unused portions of a monthly or annual subscription will not be issued, except under specific conditions outlined in Section 2.1.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Accura Pro values customer satisfaction and understands that unique situations may arise. In cases where clients believe they are entitled to a refund outside of our standard policy, we encourage reaching out to our support team. While we cannot guarantee refunds outside of the standard terms, we will consider each case individually.
